1. Metasilicic Acid Natural Mineral Water: This refers to mineral water with a metasilicic acid content ≥25.0 mg/L (for content between 25.0 mg/L and 30.0 mg/L, the source water temperature should be above 25℃). Metasilicic acid mainly originates from the weathering and hydrolysis of aluminosilicates (such as feldspar) in geological strata, and is unrelated to the amount of silica. Metasilicic acid-type mineral water is the most widely developed type of natural mineral water for drinking in my country.
2. Strontium Natural Mineral Water: This refers to mineral water with a strontium content ≥0.20 mg/L (for content between 0.20 mg/L and 0.40 mg/L, the source water temperature should be above 25℃). It is mainly produced in igneous rock and limestone areas.
3. Carbonated Natural Mineral Water: This refers to mineral water with a free carbon dioxide content ≥250 mg/L. Characterized primarily by a high content of free carbon dioxide, these minerals are mostly found in volcanic and geothermal areas.
4. Selenium-rich natural mineral water: This refers to mineral water with a selenium content ≥0.01 mg/L and <0.05 mg/L. It is mainly distributed in volcanic rock and selenium-rich strata areas and is a relatively rare type of mineral water.
5. Lithium-rich natural mineral water: This refers to mineral water with a lithium content ≥0.20 mg/L. It is mainly distributed in acidic igneous rocks and areas of recent volcanic activity. Due to the high mobility of lithium, this type of mineral water is relatively uncommon.
