Our Natural Selenium Water Source

At the Foot of Guniu Mountain

Our water source is located in Dayan Township, Shitai County, Anhui, China, at the foot of Guniu Mountain in the Qiupu River region. The water comes from deep underground rock formations, with its mineral composition originating at the source.

The surrounding landscape is part of Shitai County, where forest coverage exceeds 84%. Dayan Township also includes land recognized by the Geological Society of China for its natural selenium enrichment, reflecting the region's distinctive geological setting.

Hygiene-Controlled Filling

Our published food-safety management systems include ISO 22000 and HACCP, supported by the SPM quality-control system.

Physical Filtration That Preserves the Mineral Profile

The natural-water process uses physical filtration rather than reverse osmosis and does not rebuild the water with added mineral salts. Filtration removes suspended matter, followed by ultraviolet treatment before bottling.

Source Collection → Physical Prefiltration → Fine Filtration → Ultraviolet Treatment → Filling

Progressive filtration separates particle-removal duties across successive stages, reducing the load passed to downstream filters.

Automated Blow–Fill–Cap Operation

Bottle Blowing → Filling → Screw Capping → Secondary Packaging

Bottle blowing forms PET preforms into the specified bottle shape. Filling transfers the treated water into the bottles, and screw capping completes the sealed pack before secondary packaging. The automated sequence reduces manual bottle handling between operations.

Six-Stage Quality Control

Our six-stage quality control process covers raw water, incoming packaging, the filling process, finished-product testing, batch sample retention and pre-loading checks.

Real-Time Raw Water Monitoring

Raw water is monitored during abstraction, before it enters the treatment process. Monitoring focuses on the condition of the incoming water and changes requiring assessment before production continues.

PET Preform & Packaging Inspection

Incoming PET preforms, closures and packaging materials are inspected before use. Checks cover visible defects, cleanliness and conformity with the approved packaging specifications.

Online Monitoring During Aseptic Filling

Inspection continues during filling and capping, covering filling consistency, cap placement and bottle condition. Automated inspection systems support checks at critical production workstations.

Finished-Product Laboratory Testing

Finished-product samples undergo physicochemical and microbiological testing before factory release.

Batch Sample Retention

Finished-product samples are retained and identified by production batch. Batch Certificates of Analysis and annual third-party test reports provide the analytical documentation for product review.

Seal & Compression Checks Before Container Loading

Finished packs are sampled for seal integrity and compression resistance before loading. This final stage checks for leakage and packaging deformation before the shipment enters container transport.
